The Corporate Branding Package refers to the set of visual elements that, together, are capable of enhancing the brand’s identity, improving its reputation, and making it more recognizable compared to competitors. The Corporate Branding Package includes a series of coordinated graphic elements, both printed and digital, that represent the visual identity of the brand.
Depending on the chosen package, our service can include the graphic design of:
Business cards
Letterhead
Envelopes
Document folder
Notepads
Email signature (in HTML)

In addition to these elements, the Corporate Branding Package also involves the customization of various backgrounds, personalized calendars and agendas, and promotional items like pens and pencils, etc.

In a highly competitive market, any business aiming for success and standing out from competitors must have a strong, recognizable identity that can effectively communicate its values and strengths. However, creating a strong brand image is not just about the company logo. It’s crucial that this identity is also conveyed through the fundamental elements used to present the company to potential customers. It is essential that these elements in the Corporate Branding Package are effective in:
Conveying a sense of greater security and trustworthiness
Giving the company a stronger personality
Differentiating from competitors.

These three goals are also the main objectives of the Corporate Branding Package, helping the business present itself successfully to potential customers, partners, and investors, with significant impacts on brand awareness and brand reputation.

The guidelines for the Corporate Branding Package are usually collected in the brand book (company visual identity manual) or derived from the company logo. The elements it includes are:

Brand colors: one or more colors that identify the brand, often linked to the meanings and values conveyed through color psychology.

Fonts: a maximum of two or three fonts that represent the brand and are aligned with the company logo font.

Patterns and other graphic elements such as lines, strokes, icons, and symbols.

The combination of these elements, used to create all communication tools in the Corporate Branding Package, contributes to creating a cohesive, unique image that must be simple, consistent, and relevant to the company’s values.

Initial briefing: Before creating anything, our professionals will contact you. The initial briefing is the moment when we get to know you and define all the characteristics your communication materials should have.

Gathering materials: In this phase, we gather all the materials necessary to create your coordinated image: logos, company data, references for business cards and email signatures.

Defining the final design: We define the design of your materials and submit it for your approval. Depending on the package you choose – standard or premium – you’ll have access to various Corporate Branding Package elements.

Sending the final files: Once the design is approved, we create the final version of your materials. You’ll receive high-definition files for printing the paper materials.

Deciding to rely on a communication agency to create your company’s letterhead means trusting professionals who will develop a design concept aligned with your needs. Once presented, it can be reviewed and, if it meets expectations, approved. After approving the basic concept, our designers will create the letterhead according to your specific requirements. Typically, the letterhead contains essential information about a company or professional, necessary for introducing the company to clients or potential clients. This includes contact details such as: logo and company name, or name and surname for a professional, legal business name, VAT number, address of the registered office and any other office locations, phone contacts, and email addresses. These are all the essential details to identify the company and enable contact. The consistency with the company’s brand identity remains the central aspect of the project, which, combined with the choice of layout, colors, fonts, and paper type, must make the company immediately recognizable to the public. Once the project is complete, the file will be used to create the final print-ready files and to customize the digital letterhead in Word or other applications.

To create the elements of the Corporate Branding Package, a vector-based company logo is necessary. You can send it to us along with other materials you find useful before the work begins. If you don’t have a company logo or feel that the current one is inadequate, we can handle this as well. Check out our corporate logo service for more details.

If you only need to update your materials with new information or require a redesign, get in touch. We’ll provide advice and create a quote tailored to your needs. However, it’s important that the materials to be updated or redesigned are sent to us in digital format and “open” (working files).

Absolutely. During the initial briefing, we will also agree on this detail. If you decide to use our printing service, you will receive the printed materials directly at your company, within the agreed timeframe.

The logo and Corporate Branding Package are the foundation of your company’s visual identity. However, brand identity is much more than just this. It includes many textual elements that best describe your company, such as vision, mission, value proposition, naming, and tagline, as well as other materials like company brochures, company profiles, vehicle customization, clothing branding, and more, all of which enrich and complete your company’s image in the eyes of potential clients.

Simply because it leaves a trace, a reminder of you and your company, and at the same time conveys a clear message. The business card, one of the most traditional marketing tools, remains highly significant even today, despite the marketing world shifting online.

The true purpose of a business card should not be purely aesthetic; it should be about conveying a company message, values, and style in a way that consistently represents the company, improving its reputation and strengthening brand identity. Drawing attention and standing out to stick in the potential client’s mind should be primary objectives, but always keeping in mind consistency and uniformity with the rest of the company’s communication.

The standard size for business cards is 85×55 mm; other sizes must be custom-designed and typically require creating a specific die-cut. In most cases, business cards have right-angled corners, but increasingly, rounded corners are being adopted. The paper weight can vary from 300g to 400g or more, depending on specific needs. In this case, you need to consider whether the paper requires lamination or not, whether it should be matte or glossy, or even soft touch. Then, it should be considered whether these features apply to the front only or also the back. If you want an especially elegant card with a tactile effect that enhances its quality, you can opt for special treatments such as varnishing specific areas of the design. And if you want a truly unique product, you can also opt for selective laminating in gold or silver. Don’t forget that an important aspect that defines a business card is its orientation, either vertical or horizontal.
