Processing steps
The process will follow these steps:
The first step involves an initial briefing (to be conducted via conference call or in person), during which information related to the company, the relevant industry, and the trade show they intend to participate in will be gathered. The client's specific needs will be heard, goals defined, the message to be conveyed will be determined, and the plan to be adopted will be decided.
The document outlining the essential points of the briefing will be prepared: goals, messages, specific needs, positioning, etc.
The briefing document will be sent to the client for approval.
In this phase, all information related to the company's industry sector and the trade show they intend to participate in will be studied. An analysis of competitors will also be conducted to understand how they plan to promote themselves within the trade show, and accordingly, to determine which direction to focus on.
After studying the industry and competitors, a report will be prepared with all the acquired information.
All materials from the company will be collected to study and evaluate every detail and understand how best to approach the creation of the booth.
The morphological matrix will be created to help us examine every element of the advertising campaign, the client's needs, the material they provided, any additional material that needs to be researched, down to the smallest detail. This will give us a complete picture to find the best graphic and structural solutions for the construction of the trade show stand.
Once all the material is collected and the positioning strategy is clear, we will begin working on the marketing and communication techniques.
This is the phase when the architecture studio will be contacted to collaboratively design the stand, following the marketing and communication strategies developed by us to meet the client's needs.
The final model will be presented to the client.
Creation and presentation of any additional revisions.
Definition of the final version of the trade show stand and approval by the client.
This is the phase in which the stand, graphics, and marketing and communication strategies will be delivered to the client.
The client will also receive the working files of the graphics and marketing strategies.
