La lavorazione seguirà i seguenti step:
Hold an initial meeting (via conference call or in person) to gather information about the company and the relevant sector, listen to the client’s specific needs, define objectives, establish the content of the business report, and review any examples of reports from competitors chosen by the client to better understand their expectations and preferences.
Create a document that outlines the key points of the briefing: objectives, messages, formats, specific requirements, etc.
Send the briefing document to the client for review and approval.
Analyze the sector and gather information on the specific graphic trends used.
Organize all materials provided by the client, including text content, photographs, product lists, technical sheets, drawings, and any previous report files, to facilitate the creation of the report.
Once the structure has been defined and the layout has been created, review the type of graphic design project, typography, and color schemes, before finalizing the graphic layout. Proposals will then be created.
Present (via conference call or in person) the competitor analysis report and the two proposed designs. The estimated time for the presentation is 2 weeks from the initial meeting.
Make any necessary revisions and present them. The revised version is expected to be sent within one week of the revision request.
Client approval of the finalized version.
Send the business report in PDF format or other formats based on specific requirements.
Prepare files for printing, web versions, and any other necessary formats.
