Initial briefing (to be held via conference call or in person) to gather information about the company and the industry. Additionally, the client’s specific needs will be discussed, along with defining objectives, key messages, the brochure format, and content. Any examples of brochures from competitors selected by the client will also be reviewed to better understand their expectations and preferences.

Creation of a document outlining the essential points of the briefing: objectives, messages, formats, specific requirements, etc.

Sending the briefing document for client approval.

Study and acquisition of information related to the industry, including an investigation of specific graphic trends used.

Once the structure is defined and the mockup is created, the study and selection of brochure type, fonts, and colors takes place, leading to the finalization of the graphic layout. The proposal will then be created.

Presentation of the proposal (via conference call or in person). Estimated timeline: 3 weeks from the initial briefing.

Creation and presentation of any revisions. Delivery is expected within 1 week following the revision request.

Final version definition and client approval.

Delivery of the brochure in PDF format or other formats as per specific requirements.

Preparation of files for possible printing, web version, and any other specific needs.
