Processing steps

The process will follow these steps:

  1. The initial briefing gathers information about the sector, the store’s target audience, the desired brand image, and the owner’s requirements regarding space distribution (e.g., exhibition corners, counter, storage area, window display) and furniture. Additionally, the client’s specific needs for project timelines and budget will be discussed.

  2. This refers to the coordinated image study based on the style of the building hosting the store (historical building, shopping mall, new construction) to give character to the structure while respecting the genius loci. The style research provides suggestions for choosing colors, materials, and textures to decorate the walls and furnish individual areas in a coordinated manner.

  3. To ensure reliable measurements, a site survey will be conducted to verify the actual condition of the space and ensure it matches the provided floor plans, which may not be up to date.

  4. The following final project drawings will be presented: existing condition, comparative project, proposed project, furniture design, lighting design, surface materials list, and project report.

  5. This crucial step will provide the business owner or professional studio with a visual representation of color choices and materials through a selection of samples for wall coverings, flooring, and furniture choices.

  6. Three realistic views of selected environments (e.g., counter, exhibition wall, entrance) will be produced to help visualize the final result.

  7. The feasibility study helps assess project timelines, supplier and contractor selection, and provides accurate cost predictions and a project schedule.

  8. The project will be presented to the client with all technical floor plans, photographic research, moodboard, and renderings.

  9. Completion of additional project revisions (2 weeks additional).
