Initial briefing session during which information about the company and its reference sector will be collected. The client’s specific needs will also be discussed, objectives defined, the contents of the technical sheet outlined, and any sample sheets from competitors selected by the client will be reviewed to better understand their expectations and preferences.

Creation of a document summarizing the key points from the briefing: objectives, messages, formats, specific needs, etc.

Submission of the briefing document for review and approval by the client.

Research and acquisition of information related to the sector, along with an analysis of current graphic trends used in the field.

Analysis of the competitors’ commercial materials to identify styles, characteristics, and trends. A specific report will be produced.

Collection of all materials provided by the client: textual content, images, product lists, technical data sheets, drawings, and any working files from previous sheets. These will be cataloged and organized to facilitate the layout of the content within the sheet.

Creation of a mind map with a clearly defined structure to highlight all the elements that make up the sheet's overall structure.

Once the structure is defined and the draft layout (menabò) is completed, the design phase begins: studying and selecting the sheet type, fonts, and colors, leading to the definition of the graphic layout. Proposal creation will follow.

Presentation of the competitor analysis report and the design proposals. Estimated delivery: 3 weeks from the initial briefing.

Development and presentation of any requested additional revisions. Delivery expected within 1 week of the revision request.

Definition and approval of the final version by the client.

Delivery of the technical sheet in PDF format or other formats based on specific requirements.

Preparation of files for potential printing, web version, or other specific needs.

Delivery of working files in InDesign format.
