Initial briefing to be held (via conference call or in person), during which information about the company and its reference market will be gathered. The client’s specific needs will be discussed, along with goals, key messages, packaging format, and textual content. Any packaging examples provided by the client from selected competitors will also be reviewed to better understand expectations and preferences.

Creation of a document outlining the essential points from the briefing: objectives, messages, formats, specific requirements, etc.

Submission of the Briefing document and subsequent approval by the client.

Research and collection of information related to the sector, including trends and graphic styles commonly used.

Analysis of competitors' commercial materials to identify styles, characteristics, and trends.

Creation of a mind map that, through a clearly structured hierarchy, highlights all key elements for the development of the packaging.

Once the structure is defined, the study and selection of packaging type, fonts, and colors begins, leading to the definition of the graphic layout. This is followed by the creation of proposals.

Presentation of the proposals (via conference call or in person). Estimated time: 3 weeks from the initial briefing.

Creation and presentation of any additional revisions.

Submission of mockup images for a more realistic preview.

Definition and approval of the final version by the client.

Development of the print-ready file based on the technical specifications provided by the printer.
