La lavorazione seguirà i seguenti step:
An initial briefing to be held (via conference call or in person) where information about the company and the industry sector will be gathered. The client's specific needs will also be discussed, objectives and catalog content will be defined, and any examples of competitor catalogs selected by the client will be reviewed to better understand their expectations and preferences.
Creation of a document outlining the key points from the briefing: objectives, messages, formats, specific requirements, etc.
Sending the briefing document for approval by the client.
Research and acquisition of information about the sector, along with an investigation of specific graphic trends currently used.
Collection of all materials provided by the client: textual content, photographs, product lists, technical sheets, drawings, any working files from previous catalogs. These will be cataloged and organized to facilitate the layout process of the catalog content.
Once the catalog structure is defined, the type of catalog, fonts, and colors will be studied and selected, leading to the finalization of the graphic layout. Various proposals will then be created.
Presentation of the proposal (via conference call or in person). Estimated time: 4 weeks from the collection and cataloging of all necessary materials.
Creation and presentation of the potential revision. Delivery is expected within 2 weeks following the revision request.
Final version definition and approval by the client.
Sending the catalog in PDF format or other formats as per specific requirements.
Preparation of files for possible printing, web version, and any other needs.
