Processing steps
The process will follow these steps:
The initial briefing involves gathering information about the location, the hotel’s target audience, and the desired image, as well as the reference sector (B&B, resort, hotel, vacation rental, etc.). We also assess the owner’s needs regarding the layout of shared spaces (reception, common areas, dining room, etc.) and guest room furnishing. Specific requirements for project timelines and budget will also be discussed.
This refers to the study of a coordinated image based on a regional style identity (mountain, countryside, lake, seaside, etc.), giving character to the space while respecting the genius loci. The style research provides guidance in selecting suitable colors, materials, and textures to consistently design and furnish each environment.
To ensure accurate parameters, a dimensional and metric survey of the site is conducted to verify the existing conditions and check for discrepancies with the client’s floor plans, which may be outdated.
The following final design drawings will be provided: current state, comparative layout, proposed layout, furniture layout, lighting plan, surface finish schedule, and a design report.
This essential step provides the owner with a clear visual representation of selected color palettes and materials, through a curated composition of samples for wall and floor finishes, and furnishing elements.
Three photorealistic views will be created for selected spaces (e.g., one guest room, one bathroom, and the reception area) to offer a clear vision of the final result.
This phase helps define time management, supplier and contractor selection, and provides reliable cost estimates and project site management for the interior construction.
The complete project will be presented to the client, including all technical floor plans, photographic research, moodboards, and renderings.
Implementation of two additional project revisions (an extra two weeks required).
