Standard Hotel Interior Design

Initial briefing where information about the location, hotel target, and the image to be conveyed will be collected, along with the type of facility (B&B, resort, hotel, vacation rental, etc.) and the owner’s needs regarding the distribution of collective spaces (reception, common areas, restaurant, etc.) and room furnishings. Additionally, the specific requirements for the timeline and budget to carry out the intervention will be considered.

This refers to the study of coordinated image in relation to a style linked to the territory (mountain, countryside, lake, sea, etc.) to give character to the structure while respecting the genius loci. The style research will provide suggestions for identifying the appropriate colors, materials, and textures to cover walls and furnish individual spaces in a coordinated manner.

Preliminary project: Based on the floor plans provided by the client, a general meta-project will be created to understand how to optimize the spaces and incorporate furnishings in a way that respects harmony, balance, and environmental well-being.

This is the key step that will provide the owner with a vision of color choices and materials through the creation of a composition of selected samples for wall and floor coverings and for the selection of furniture pieces.

The project will be presented to the client, complete with images, technical floor plans, and the moodboard.

Creation of any additional revision (1 additional week).
