The process will follow these steps:
Initial briefing in which information will be collected regarding the sector of reference, the target audience of the company or professional studio, the image they wish to convey, and the needs of the facility owner regarding the distribution of common areas (reception, common areas, meeting rooms, etc.) and office furniture. Specific requirements regarding the timeline and budget for the project will also be gathered.
This refers to the study of coordinated image in relation to a belonging style tied to the structure of the building (historical building, warehouse, new construction) to give character to the space while respecting the "genius loci." The style research will provide recommendations to identify suitable colors, materials, and textures for wall coverings and the coordinated furnishing of individual environments, in reference to the brand identity.
To have reliable parameters, a dimensional survey of the building must be conducted to verify the actual state and its conformity with the floor plans provided by the client, which may not be up-to-date.
The following graphic drafts will be presented as part of the final project: existing state, comparative project, proposed project, furniture design, lighting project, material catalog, detailed drawings for custom furniture, and a report.
This is the crucial step that will allow the company owner to visualize the chosen color schemes and materials by creating a composition of selected samples to cover walls, floors, and to choose complementary furniture pieces.
Six realistic views of selected environments will be produced (e.g., 1 executive office, 2 operational offices, 1 reception area, 1 meeting room) to help visualize the completed project.
This helps assess the project timeline, the selection of suppliers and contractors, providing reliable cost predictions and managing the construction site.
Selection of 2 suppliers per category (contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) to put them to tender and evaluate their service in terms of cost and implementation timelines.
Consultancy for controlling air quality, acoustics, lighting, visual comfort, and managing any green spaces or plants.
The work execution will be coordinated by the artistic director to ensure that everything is done to the highest standard and according to the project timeline.
The project will be presented to the client complete with technical floor plans, moodboard, images, and renderings. Detailed drawings for custom-made furniture will also be included.
