Processing steps
The process will follow these steps:
An initial briefing will be held to collect information about the company’s sector, target audience, desired brand image, and the owner's specific requirements regarding the layout of shared areas (reception, common spaces, meeting rooms…) and office furnishings. Additionally, we will discuss the timeline and budget constraints for the project implementation.
This refers to the coordinated image study, tailored to the architectural character of the property (historic building, industrial space, new construction), aiming to give identity to the project while respecting the "genius loci". The style research will guide the selection of colors, materials, and textures for walls and furniture, ensuring a cohesive design.
Preliminary project: based on floor plans provided by the client, a general concept layout will be developed to optimize space and integrate furnishings, while ensuring harmony, balance, and environmental well-being (lighting design, climate comfort, acoustic comfort, air quality, space decluttering).
A key step that provides the business owner with a clear vision of color and material choices, through a curated selection of samples for wall and floor finishes, as well as furniture elements—all aligned with the company’s brand identity.
The project will be presented to the client with technical drawings, visual references, and the moodboard included.
