The process will follow these steps:
The initial briefing will gather information related to the industry sector, the target audience of the company or professional studio, the image to be proposed, and the owner's requirements regarding the distribution of collective spaces (reception, common areas, meeting rooms, etc.) and office furnishings. Additionally, specific needs regarding the project timeline and budget for implementation will be discussed.
This refers to the coordinated image study based on a style related to the structure of the building (historical building, warehouse, new construction) to give character to the structure while respecting the "genius loci". The style research will suggest colors, materials, and textures to dress the walls and furnish individual spaces in a coordinated way, in reference to the brand identity.
To have reliable parameters, a dimensional survey of the structure will be conducted to verify the current state and compliance with the floor plans in the client's possession, which may not be up to date.
The following final project graphic drawings will be presented: existing condition, comparative project, project state, furniture design, lighting design, materials catalog, and report.
This is the fundamental step that will provide the company or professional studio owner with the vision of color and material choices through a composition of selected samples for wall and floor coverings and furniture elements.
Three realistic views of the selected spaces will be produced (e.g., 1 office, 1 reception, 1 meeting room) to help understand the vision of what will be realized.
This helps understand the management of timing, supplier and contractor selection, providing reliable cost estimates and construction site partitioning if work needs to be carried out while employees are present. Additional support from a surveyor will be provided for procedures to be submitted to the municipality (Cila, Scia, etc.).
